Meet Dr. Francis
Richard M. Francis, Jr., MD, is a Board-certified ophthalmologist. He is fully licensed to practice medicine and surgery in South Carolina, North Carolina and West Virginia. He completed his ophthalmology residency in 2009, serving as chief resident during his final year of training, and he opened Francis Eye Center in Spartanburg in 2014.
